Love the Bully

Love the Bully is a labor of love taken directly from a difficult time in mine and my ten-year-old son’s life, Clifford. While transitioning to a different school, he encountered many children that consistently made fun of him, mostly due to his physical attributes or his childlike personality (i.e., at ten, he still liked Transformers). Although he had many bullies, the bully in this story represents all of his oppressors rolled into one character. In the climax of the story, CJ attempts to deal with his issues himself by fleeing them but allows the planted seed of the Word of God and the instruction of myself to let go of the pain that his bullies were causing. In the end, CJ learns to deal with his bullies in a different way, which allowed for an unexpected outcome! Take the journey with CJ through this book that will allow a parent and child to discuss a difficult subject whether you are the bullied or bully . . . everyone will learn to approach difficult situations much differently than what is currently happening in our schools and communities today.
