You choose to be happy
This book changed my life completely. I choose to be happy now, myself rather than trying to fill a void with a person whom I can not "force" myself to love any longer. Fighting for a relationship that I know will not fill my love requirements is pointless and is not good for you. I started to become angry with myself because I was in this relationship. I simply just wasn't happy with him even though he treated me better than anyone had ever treated me before. It doesn't matter if it doesn't fill your personal void. You know what makes you happy, you just have to find it again.

I just finished reading Christine’s book “Love Yourself First .” I am already thinking Christmas, birthday presents and many other ways to share it with others. I know it will be truly helpful in opening the mind and heart to a new way of being. I think it is time to rewrite the fairy tales. There is an other way to express and experience ourself as love. This book offers new life principles in a simple way . It gives us also practical exercises as a mean to experience the shift in perception or miracle in our own life. Rev.Muriel Guilbaud
