Surprising & compelling
Great characters, surprising plot twists, and a perfect ending. The world needs more sapphic Westerns like this!
Awesome plot
I love books where you can just sink into the plot and give the reigns over to the author entirely. That is this book. I did not know what was coming next and I was ok with that! I did not see the twist coming at all! For the first time in forever, the plot of a book completely surprised me! It is clear that the storyline to this novel was very thought out and well-crafted. I enjoyed the writing style a bunch and felt that it really conveyed the vibes of time/setting of the story. The main character was realistic and compelling and I felt completely immersed in her head. This was an awesome book and we need more novels like this one out there!! My only critique is that I wish it was longer bc I would’ve loved even further development of all the characters in this story (maybe a sequel??). Definitely give it a read !
