Logan Reynolds enjoys his life on the moon as Asgard's chief engineer. But when the managing director puts Logan in charge while she travels to Earth, and  the nations on Earth detonate their nuclear weapons without warning, he suddenly finds himself in charge of a terrified population searching for leadership.

To make matters worse, a Chinese base next door believes Asgard is responsible.

When the US president turns up and wants to take over, Logan realises he must step up and protect Asgard for the president's lust for power and the Chinese intent on revenge.
