The department wants his badge. The Loonies want his skin. Even his wife wants their marriage.

Desperate and ready to sell his investigative talents in the open market, Frank turns to a shady entertainment mogul and takes a private case that will challenge Frank's complex code of right and wrong. If he's smart and quick, he hopes to find a way to fill his new contract without selling what's left of his soul.

But this is Tycho City, the place where hope goes to die.

And Frank is going to have to relearn some hard lessons about his friends, his enemies, and the city he calls home before this case is over.
