Good read, just not what I expected
This book is NOT meant to be a cookbook. The authors have a series of cookbooks with lunchbox meal ideas. This book is simply meant to educate you on healthy eating and gives some great tips on how to do so. It’s very well laid out and I love that they added a glossary of problem foods. Overall, it was a nice book to flip through quickly, I just wish they had more recipes - hence the 4 star review.
