Josette is seventeen, an only child and a little bit of a loner. Okay, maybe a lot a bit of a loner. But she wouldn't have it any other way. Raised by her single mother and grandmother who whole life she relates more with "the originals" in her neighborhood. Thanks until Max Anderson shows up.
Tall...check, dark...check, handsome...um duh, check. With perfect skin, perfect teeth and more than perfect body. He smells like nature at its best; fresh cut grass, honeysuckle and summer rain. He's also wild about Josette.
An attack on Josette set the wheels turning for an adventure right out of the pages of the books Josette is always reading and love that every fairy-tale will rival
Lupa- Great Story
I enjoyed reading this book, but found many writing mistakes in it. For example in the part where the author tells you what the book is about she puts “Thanks until Max Anderson..” when it should say “That’s until Max Anderson...”. “The old Max would have eaten it up, new mated Max was just ready to settle down; ready for all the fires to be but out so that he and Josette could spend long days in each other’s arms talking about everything and nothing.” There are many mistakes like that throughout the book. Other than that I enjoy it.
