SO GOOD, SO FAST, SO EASY!!
OhmyGod, I easily made four of these speedy, drop dead delicious recipes last night for a party my boyfriend and I threw! Literally, we could not make enough of these fast enough: everyone was practically grabbing them off the cookie sheets as I was pulling them out from the oven!!! I kid you not, if you like entertaining and you like nachos, this book is essential! There is everything from nachos with caviar, to chinese style beef, to barbecue chicken, to scrumptious vegetarian chickpeas! The vegetarians were actually last night's favorites! But just barely! It was a hard choice for our guests as to which was the best: The S'More (SO FREAKING GOOD) dessert nachos, the Bombay Nachos with Curried Chickpeas and Tomato-Garlic Chutney, or the Hawaiian Pineapple and Canadian Bacon Nachos!

Who would have thought there was so many different options for nachos! Nachos have always been chips cheese and peppers in my world. Who would have thought popcorn shrimp nachos? Yummy! Thanks for expanding my nacho palate.
