Eban, is a stout gruff bear of a man, figuratively and well, literally, who almost doesn’t come to her rescue. But of course, being a romance, we know he will prevail.
The best part is between the meeting and prevailing, that we get the good stuff. So, if you want to know what happens, this book is for you. I enjoyed this book, especially as a new series.

I love this clan!
Something new from Ms. Marks! I do enjoy a good paranormal story, and this one fits just right. Maddie is in need of a safe haven - she finds it in the mountains above Boulder. Her experiences make her hesitant to be around men, but I love how she blooms in the company of Eben and his crew. This clan of bears is so hot! I adore their easy camaraderie, and the way they all accept Maddie into their group. Of course, Maddie’s luck, trouble is not far behind. You’ll be amazed at the solution to her problems! Do read and see how she finds her HEA, and what it takes to achieve it! It’s so satisfying!
