This story is set in Seriola Academy of Magic where people come fom all over to study.

Novice magician, Maricia, is one of the student who want to be a full-fledged magician.

She is second to none in the motivation, but she just failed the annual placement exam which was her third try.

When she was feeling down, she heard a rumor..

One student dropped out after he got totally chewed out durning the duel with the teacher.

One day when the make-up exam is just around the corner,

Maricia happens to meet a boy who is using his magic with a full of smile.

His name is Luta.He is the one from the rumor.

While she is hanging out with Luta, she is losing her control to keep her anger with Volte Sensei who hurt Luta's feeling.

She requests Volte Sensei for her make-up exam and tries to get revenge for Luta..
