Loved this book!
I believe that Maisy May should be required reading for teens who are 15 and older. Actions have consequences...and if teens can learn from the experiences of others (even if those 'others' are fictional <grin>), then all the better!
Maisy May is a teen with a great attitude. Yes, she lies to her mother (what teen doesn't?), but Maisy's lack of interest in what her peers think and say about her is refreshing. I wish I had practiced even a small fraction of Maisy's objectivity when I was her age...(long, long ago).
This is a book I highly recommend to teenagers and/or parents and anyone else who is looking for a well-written story with a cast of unique characters. In fact, I enjoyed this book so much, I just bought Ms. Kramer's DEAD(ish) and am looking forward to what I know will be another original tale.
