Former CIA agent Merry Wrath has CIA friends and enemies popping up all over the place. The newest visitor to her small town is a vacationing CIA assassin, Hilly, who she used to work with (the CIA doesn’t have assassins). But Merry isn’t sure if Hilly is there for vacation like she says or for a job. Could Merry be the target?
The Merry Wrath series is one of my top favorites. Leslie Langtry does such a great job of infusing humor into her mysteries. I love when a book makes me laugh out loud. And every one of hers does! You really need to read all of them!
