Make like a pro? Definitely NOT!

Very disappointed. There is actually a disclaimer that not all the information may be included ... this is ebook really doesn't measure up to its title! The ingredients & preparation instructions are not laid out to actually make the basic sauce. This is just an overview of an explanation of what sauces are and what you should/might need. Sometimes actually going & spending time at a bookstore should be considered! Do not waste your money & I do not recommend.

I really feel ripped off!

Was looking for a book that would detail "how to make good sauces." This book is over 200 pages of, very repetitive, lists of sauces. Some are well-described but not a single one is supported with a recipe! Not what I thought I was buying!

Proofreading must be a thing of the past...

I think the content is accurate, but it's tough to get past all the spelling and grammar errors. I'm only a chapter and a half into this, and it's driving me crazy! I don't feel comfortable trusting a cooking reference that can't seem to form coherent sentences. Proofread your work before publishing it!
