Lots of great info, so much I learned about what could be and what can be done to fix it with simple ways.
Worth every penny!
I have read many pregnancy books, and have struggled with vague fertility issues with my first child and now attempting my 2nd. I agree with some reviewers who say that some things in the book are the "basics" like bbt charting. However I have found this book to be thorough in areas where many other books fall short. It gives a very in depth look at how exercise, diet, and lifestyle choices affect preconception. It also gave me new things to do and to ask my Dr. about like incorporating Chinese medicine methods and herbs. I also like that it really gives you a way to "diagnose" your fertility type and issues. There is power in naming your problem, and relief in seeing that sometimes seemingly small things can affect your ability to conceive. If you're just trying to get pregnant-choose other, cheaper, thinner books. But if you've struggled with fertility and are looking for help and a fresh perspective, then this is the book for you. You won't be disappointed!!
