Fantastic advice
I graduated from a top MBA real estate program in the country, and I must say this book provided a plethora of advice and tips I didn’t hear while in school. While my education focused mainly on merchant deals with JV partnerships, John shows the benefits and negatives of this approach while also offering alternatives. His knowledge is based on experience, which is the greatest teacher. I’m thankful to have found this book and avoid many of the mistakes I was about to make chasing flashy deals, thinking it would have made for a successful career in this industry. Singles and doubles all the way. Thank you for a fantastic read!
