Like countless others, I have always loved Fleetwood Mac's Rumours album. This book gave a detailed account of the making of that amazing album. I appreciate that the writer provided an honest portrayal of himself and the others, even when it was less than flattering. It made me feel as though I was getting the real story, the whole truth.
As you read this book, have your Rumours cd ready to play. As the writer discussed work on a song, I felt compelled to play the song, listening for the sounds he was describing.

I am a casual Fleetwood Mac fan but more into the recording/producing process. The book was very entertaining and insightful. The book made me go back and listen closer to the album as I was reading. If you are into the band or the process of making an album- read the book.
