Great improvements in this version
The book works great for me. I recommend ensuring that your device meets the minimum requirements for iBooks and iOS. I am using the book on my iPad that is running iOS 5.0.1 and iBooks 2.0.1. All the videos open and look fantastic. The book has nice, readable page layouts, and it is easy to navigate back to a previous pages with a "Back to page..." link at the bottom of the page. The Bookmarks feature in iBooks is also helpful to jump to specific pages such as to recipes or the meal plan for your metabolic type. Links are provided for specific worksheets such as a measurements page or the metabolic type test. After opening the links, you can email or print the documents. I would have loved to see the metabolic type test as an interactive test within the book similar to the BMR calculator - maybe in the next update!
Videos don't work
The book has great content but it doesn't function. The videos don't work at all and I find navigating the book frustrating as the chapters aren't labeled and are so long that it takes forever to find specific recipes and reference points.
