Malmesbury Church of England Primary School

At Malmesbury Church of England Primary School, the goal is to empower students to develop their uniqueness, by nurturing a learning culture of innovation, collaboration and aspiration where each individual is engaged, challenged and able to creatively choose how to express their passion for learning. The use of iPad has been critical to this journey for students in upper primary, who all have 1:1 iPads. Students have created their own ‘cinemagic' films, captured interviews from WWII veterans and created their own news reports in iMovie. Teachers regularly create their own instructional videos to share with pupils to explain core concepts. Using Apple TV, students showcase their work to peers, collaborate and receive feedback for improvement.
