Publisher Description

This is an appeal from the trial courts granting of motions to dismiss on the grounds that the court lacked personal jurisdiction over two of the defendants in a multidefendant personal injury suit. The trial court made a determination under Rule 54(b), 16 A.R.S., Rules of Civil Procedure, that there was no just reason for delay and directed the entry of judgment. Plaintiff appealed. This Court takes jurisdiction under Rule 47(e)(5), 17A A.R.S., Rules of the Supreme Court.
