Payton Watson has everything going for him. He's a handsome high school senior and a star basketball player. He's popular and well-liked by all his friends. Although an awesome basketball player, he dreams of becoming a sports physician. His biggest worries are whether or not to focus more on basketball or start working toward his dream.
