This book is a compilation of words about man and woman given by Sree Sree Mentu Maharaj over many years. His spontaneous insights addressed individual circumstances and continue to have universal relevance today.
Sree Sree Mentu Maharaj (1921-2002) was a realized soul, a living embodiment of love, a best friend and spiritual guide to many. He gave advice about subjects ranging from the mundane to the profound. He encouraged everyone to be true to his or her own faith, and promoted introspection, affirmations of innate goodness, and caring service. He said that the foundations of inner peace and coexistence in a peaceful society lie in the individual adjustment of men and women and of their relations with each other.
The causes of many problems in life are found in the complex interrelationships between men and women. Many difficulties can be overcome by recognizing small yet significant differences between the sexes, or by understanding seemingly insignificant yet fundamental behaviour traits.
