One of my favorite books of all times. As a med student I read the second edition cover to cover. I've read the 3rd edition multiple times. I got the 4th edition as a gift from the one who knows me best. I love this book. Easy read. All the important stuff in one place. One of my top 10 books of all times (purpose driven life, Thou shall prosper, one second after)
