Mark Todd Simpson v. State Texas

In this appeal, appellant attacks the validity of probationary conditions imposed by the trial court after a jury verdict recommending his probation. It arises from appellants plea of guilty to the offense of sexual assault. The punishment, by a jury, was set at five years confinement in the Department of Corrections and a fine of $5,000. The jury recommended that the confinement portion of the sentence be probated.
