Marrying the Enemy
What can happen when a Visconti and Blackwood meet? Unbeknownst to each other, Eve and Don meet at a club. Their chemistry is off the charts. Even though she’s young, he can’t seem to walk away until he finds out who she is. Their families hate each other and both want revenge. So they go their separate ways. Four years later they run into each other at a wedding. When they are stranded on an island after Eve was hurt and they missed the boat, the have a night of passion. What can hurt? Just one night. Back at the wedding destination, Eve leaves. When she returns home to her family where they question her about Dom. She’s had enough of her family treating her like a child, so she leaves. When Don realizes that it’s time to let the feud go he proposes marriage to Eve with her brother’s blessing. She agrees to marry him so they’ll be peace. Both haven’t been with anyone else for the last four years. Dom knows that they can be faithful and make a good life together. Will it work? Will Eve fall in love with Dom? She’s only wanted a marriage with love. Will he break her heart? Will he fall for her? Will the families finally let go of the past? The characters are wonderful. I didn’t want to put the book down. Both have issues and need to figure them out. Can they? Will it come between them? Dani Collins always bring you into the story. One of my favorite authors. I received this book for my honest review. I give it voluntarily.
