Marsh v. Richardson

MERRITT, Circuit Judge. Respondent, warden of a Michigan penal institution, challenges the granting of a writ of habeas corpus to petitioner, Clarissa Marsh, serving a term of life imprisonment for felony murder and assault with intent to commit murder. For the reasons hereinafter stated, we dismiss this appeal for lack of appellate jurisdiction because the respondent did not file a timely notice of appeal.
