Marshall's Marvelous Shoes

Bernadette was born and
raised in Guelph, Ontario
Growing up she had many
challenges as she had a hearing
impairment. She stuttered and
was made fun of from her peers,
still to this day. Moving to
Tillsonburg to be with her husband
Craig was a big adventure.
Marshall her son became her
inspiration for her books when
she went back to school and received her
Early Childhood Education Diploma, he was so
adventurous, inquisitive, and always on the go.
These books are all dedicated to my son Marshall,
my husband who supports me and is the artist
of all of our stories. Thanks to all my family and
friends who have stood by me and have supported
me through the rough patches. I love you all.
