Marsilani 4: Retrograde Motion

"Marsilani" is a series of short stories and poems loosely written around the theme of "growing up in Mililani." Mililani was the first fully planned community in Hawaii, and is an iconic representation of suburban life. "Marsilani 4: Retrograde Motion" is the fourth part of this series. The stories in this book are temporally and thematically related to each other, and take a primarily retrospective (and reconstructive) stance on such issues as drug addiction, family trees, and fatherhood.
