Publisher Description
Two actions in the district court for Morrison county, one by Mary v. Cameron for personal injuries resulting from a collision between a cab in which she was a passenger, owned by defendants Martin Evans, Jr., and Andrew Evans, d.b.a. City Cab Company, and operated by their employee, and a car owned and operated by defendant Alex Mrozik; and the other by Darrell P. Cameron, her husband, for consequential damages. The cases were tried together before W. F. Rogosheske, Judge, and a jury, which returned verdicts of $21,000 and $9,500 for Mary and Darrell Cameron respectively. Defendants separately appealed from an order denying their alternative motions in each case for judgment or a new trial.
