Maslow Cooperage Corp. v. Weeks Pickle Co‪.‬

This action was begun on the 23rd day of March, 1954 by the plaintiff, Maslow Cooperage Corporation of Brooklyn, N.Y., against Marvin F. Weeks doing business as Weeks Pickle Company of Wautoma, Wisconsin, defendant, to recover a claimed balance for barrels sold by the plaintiff to the defendant. The trial commenced on October 19, 1954. Specifically, the complaint alleged the sale and delivery of barrels of the reasonable value of $4,447.50 to the defendant between May 29, 1953, and July 31, 1953.
