I am not a Jillian Michaels fan at all. I actually find her very obnoxious and annoying. However, while waiting for my kids in a Barns and Noble I started to read a book sitting next to me and it was this one. This book was very well written! I have scheduled appointments for my wife and I to see an endocrinologist to find out how unhealthy we really are. We are changing the was we eat and what we eat. It's going to be hard, but that's what all of these bad food for you companies are counting on!
