Randy needs to take a chemistry class

Just looking at the preview, there are quite a few errors in his description of pH and structural representations.
An example: he claims that acidic solutions are ones that have lots of hydrogens with positive charges and basic solutions are ones with lots of electrons. What the heck? Any school boy knows that basic solutions are ones with lots of hydroxide ions, not hydrogens with lots of electrons. I also don't like the cartoon representation of maltose. He makes it look like a bicyclic tertralin molecule. Yes, technical, but if you are going to wade into the chemistry waters, don't make yourself look like a fool. Your credibility goes out the window.
I'd suggest having a better editor look it over before publishing.
