[57 A.D.2d 705 Page 705] Case held, decision reserved and matter remitted to Special Term, Monroe County, for a hearing in accordance with the following memorandum: In a prior appeal in this case we held that the public employment contract executed by the former Sheriff and the county manager and approved by resolution of the County Legislature was properly executed and bound not only the Sheriff who executed it but also his successor in office. Because the meaning of the term disciplinary demotions was not clear and the finding that the respondent Sheriff acted for disciplinary reasons was not established by the record, we entered judgment declaring the contract valid and [57 A.D.2d 705 Page 706]
