Heartwarming
This is not a book full of excitement, mystery, and romance. It is the story of one woman's life, one that started over a century ago. I loved the feeling of history and especially the honesty of the writing that helped me feel Mattie's emotions. It was hard to come to the end and leave a character I had come to really care for.
