After surgery, Kelly Smith is sent to a small town in the Adirondacks to convalesce. Instead of the peace he seeks, he learns that a rich creep named Simpson likes to get the local girls hooked on drugs and subject them to his perversions. Smith decides to track down Simpson and teach him a lesson, even if it means shooting his way through the wall of thugs in his employ.
