This Amazing book came to me as a recommendation from a fellow yoga teacher after she saw me browsing through it
at one of my yoga studios I practice at. She told me she did the same thing I was doing for months before actually purchasing it and just loved it. Well, on my birthday(May 30th) about a year and a half ago I got a few extra dollars and picked it up determined to read everyday and thought it's daily meditations would help. For the most part it did except for an occasional miss until I fell away from it for a few months because of another book I fell in LOVE with. There are so many of the meditations that resonated with me and stories I shared with my students regularly.
