Memoirs of a Maniac

A humorous look at a not so humorous situation. This is the first year of operation of a newly reopened town landmark hamburger stand. The author, Raymond Meyers, is also the co-owner of the restaurant with his wife. Throughout the book he makes fun of just about everything related to opening a restaurant with no previous experience operating a restaurant, and his poorly diagnosed health issues which complicate every step.
