Close minded.

Got through reading the first chapter and was appalled. This book makes you hate you body and your mind and tells you to always think the worst about people. The negativity seeps through every page. I get the intention is good but the practices and lessons are outdated and cause negative self talk and are not sustainable. Very surprised that is is a book written in 2020.
