Engrossing

I read a lot, a lot! Have for decades. Usually tomes! This book is by far the saddest, almost dispairing, story I have ever read! Richards characters have depth, honorable or dishonorable. The main characters (Elly, Sydney, Autumn) display an amazing quality of integrity in the face of pure evil. Definitely worth the read.
