Mia Plays On

Every musician starts somewhere. For Mia, it starts with a $10 garage
sale guitar, a bedroom floor, and a whole lot of very bad sounds.
She can't play a single note — not yet. But there's something about
holding that old, worn guitar that just feels right. And so Mia does
what all great guitarists do before they become great.
She keeps going.
Warm, funny, and full of heart, The Guitar That Chose Her is the first
book in the Mia and the Missing Note series — a story for every kid
who has ever wanted to make music, and every parent who
remembers what it felt like to begin.
