Mickey's Revenge

Mickey's Revenge is the fourth book about the Taylor family by crime writer Sandra Prior, following Dangerous, Diamond Geezer & Mickey's War. Set in London's East End gangland underworld.

The unthinkable has happened; Mickey ‘Dangerous’ Taylor is dead. The unbeatable, notorious East End gangland boss is gone; cut down in his prime, in the most disrespectful way possible – strangled and stabbed on a filthy toilet floor at his local pub. And as the family gather to bury him, only one thought is on their minds. Who did this and how are they going to make them pay?

Then there’s the question of the family business. After living in his dad’s shadow his whole life, Tommy Taylor is keen to pick up where Mickey left off and wastes no time in showing everyone exactly what he is made of. But does he really have what it takes to fill Mickey’s shoes? And if Tommy is the new guvnor, where does that leave his uncle, Martin?

The cold-hearted vision of indifference, Sharon, keeps the pain from the loss of her brother well-hidden while trying to hold the family together – that means keeping her increasingly erratic (nutty as a fruitcake) siblings, Georgie and Terri safe, while caught in the power struggle between Martin and Tommy. With the future of the Taylor family teetering on the edge of destruction, Tommy could either be it’s cure or killer.

Meanwhile, the threats hiding behind the scenes are far more sinister and destructive than any of them can imagine. And with their focus on revenge, will the real menace go unnoticed?
