Publisher Description
Richard Clarke is a man born with the unnatural ability to control all reality around himself. Whether it be granting himself immortality, stopping bullets in mid-air, or destroying his enemies with a mere thought, he is often feared as a god on Earth. However, outliving everyone he ever loved whilst losing friends to the limitations of his powers causes a heavy burden upon his shoulders, and in the 21st Century, Clarke is a stoic loner, traveling and living only to kill evil. He has no time for friends or family, but all that changes when he meets a dedicated doctor working in the dark streets of Detroit.
"That which is destroyed cannot be repaired. That which is mended cannot be maintained."

Pretty good
There were small spelling mistakes and I’d prefer not all the antagonists be called thugs, but I really did enjoy this short story.
Great book by a great book reviewer
I have been a faithful subscriber to the author of this book for about a year now. He is a great author and a great book and movie critic. The only reason I don’t rate this 5 stars is because I noticed a few spelling errors. But if I could I would rate it a 4.5. It has great characters and a different ending than what you expect. While I do feel that the characters could be a little more fleshed out and (Clarence as his name? I think it was Clarence) had little character. But otherwise a great book.
Liked it, kinda
Now the book was good, but there should of been more character development, By the end of the book I started to hate Chloe, and I found myself cheering on the bad guys. I don’t understand why Clarence had to die, and I totally forgot about Steve.
Now I have a lot of respect for the creator and his “The book was better” series, and I know that this book came out in 2012. I just wanted to share my opinion, thank you for reading this, goodbye
