Global view of access
This book is a decent introduction to access. Provides key overview of the main features of access (tables, queries, forms, and reports). It does not provide examples or excersises to further understand functions which makes these features truly work such as providing the reader with examples of the different property indexes within each feature.
I would not use the book as a reference to build or further understand query criteria/expression, I would use it in case I forget how to use a set up wizard for a query, or form six months down the road or something.
