Roberts's role reversal here it is the male character who hears voices and even swoons gives her faithful readers a little extra thrill, and the lush setting and the satisfying if predictable romance round out the package. Couldtories not put this book down
Nora Robert’s is a masterful story teller. The way she weaves past and present storylines together is both compelling and fascinating holding the readers interest. The characters in Midnight Bayou are developed and interesting. Great Read
