Hades is dying.
All of his money couldn’t save him from falling for Persephone. If his final secret is revealed, she stands to lose as much as he does. The only way to save her life is to set her free.
Persephone would rather die herself than lose him. But choosing the broken billionaire means walking away from her old life forever. It means giving up everything. But time is running out.
And everything might not be enough.
This was an outstanding finale for Hades and Persephone’s story. This starts out right where Summer Queen ended. You need to read King of Shadows and Summer Queen before reading Midnight Kingdom. We have watched these two fall in love with each other, but they will have to fight all the forces coming at them to win. This is filled with drama, suspense, intense moments (physical and emotional), and twists and turns. Hades may be a grade a a******, but Persephone loves that about him. These two are so hot and steamy with some dark deliciousness. This was a sinfully dark and wonderfully updated version of Hade and Persephone’s story. Amelia did such a superb job with the King of Shadows series. I highly recommend getting this series.
