Brynn is the weakness: sanctimonious about her role as healer, she is also the anchor for a rather far-fetched fantasy element.

Really enjoyed the twist at the end.
The entire book was really enjoyable. The characters were enjoyable with just enough toughness in the male. But what the ending truly left me with was a wonderful feeling of love between the two leads. Good read!!
Well
Brynn was a nitwit. Blindly following her 9 year old sanctimonious beliefs. Everyone else was good. There was no fire or romance between the MCs. Adwen and Malik were the best of the book! Even the villain was great. The h was not likable I almost stopped reading the book I skipped chapters though
