This is a very basic story written at about a fourth grade reading level. It was ridiculous.
As for the characters, no one can possibly be this naive. And the military does not operate this way at all. I wish people who wrote about the military had a bit of experience with it so they weren’t misleading other civilians with nonsense.
Needs a few more drafts
Plot feels very “show” and not “tell”, a little flat. Read like an advanced draft, missing lots of scenes. Has potential though.
