Great and helpful
I highly recommend this book. It had me rethinking my management for my creative energy. The book did start to lose my attention during the seven mental states section. By that time in the book, there were many other handy techniques, this part seemed overwhelming. Over all, I enjoyed this book and will use his methods in my daily life.
