Navigating the world of hospitality can have its challenges, but it can also be very rewarding given the right approach. Over the years, I've practiced and refined several techniques that I have found to be indispensable in my career. From having a clear and focused understanding of a business's purpose to forming and nurturing long-term relationships with guests. It's the details that truly create unique and memorable experiences that leave guests wanting to return, time and time again. This book is a small collection of thoughts on hospitality and approaches that I have found to be very transformative throughout my time in the service industry. These concepts are part of a larger training seminar I provide called, Mind The Threshold: Navigating the World of Hospitality.
