This book is great. Feels a bit tedious, but the takeaways are great. I hadn’t thought before about how our fixed mindset gets in the way of accomplishing so many things in life and this book is super helpful for understanding this. We truly are so capable of adapting and incorporating so much knowledge and skills.
This is the second book that I read since I started to pick up my reading hobby.it made me self reflect a lot.it made me understand some of my past behaviors. As it states change is hard, but I have a concrete plan now to start small until I reach my goal.

Too many stories and not enough action items or steps to follow.
Based on casual observations or indications rather than rigorous or scientific analysis. Reads like a conversation over dinner - not something that presents bold new never before seen evidence and tactics for change. Mindset does remind one to be awake and aware of thoughts - a magazine article would have done the same if the reader is open.
This is a transformative experience of being self aware of the two mindsets that we all walk around with daily and learning from both of them while choosing the Growth Mindset as your dominant mindset. This is a must read for entrepreneurs, business professionals, teachers and coaches.
It’s like this book had read my diary before its writing. I found so much that spoke to my current situation. I can’t recommend this book highly enough.
