Excellent book

The first two recipes I tried today were worth the price of this book. Chickpea noodle soup and "no tuna" salad sandwich exceeded my expectations. I'm off to Trader Joe's now for some ingredients for the Vegan Enchiladas. Can't wait.

Wow, plant based galore!

Forget other books! This is the one!

Even if you are not into a plant based lifestyle, this is worth buying for meatless Mondays or any other day. An extensive, well written cookbook. 101 plant based recipes centered around everyday needs with a picture next to each recipe. Yes!!!

This book is pretty disappointing for the price.

This cookbook’s food is lack luster and not very creative. Also the meals are not abundant. Dinners are mostly soups, sandwhiches and pastas. I would pass on this and find something else that has a better variety of dinner types, at a lower cost. If this book was $5-10 I would have given it a higher rating. FYI - you can find free vegitarian cook books in iBook.
